- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction
- Experienced in housing / villa projects
- Owns a private vehicle
- Able to work within a team
- Able to produce detailed structural DED drawings
- Able to produce shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Able to work to deadlines
- Able to coordinate with the site team
- Able to calculate material volumes (MTO) - an advantage
- Able to operate structural analysis software - an advantage
